1. About these terms
This website is operated by So Productive Pty Ltd, trading as SoProductive (ABN 72 700 052 660) (SoProductive, we, us). By accessing or using soproductive.com.au you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Supply of our services, including AI Brain, workshops and any other engagement, is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work with the client. Where that agreement and these terms differ, that agreement prevails.
2. Using this site
You may browse and use this site for lawful purposes. You must not:
- use the site in a way that breaches any law, or infringes anyone’s rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any related system;
- interfere with the site’s operation or security, or introduce malicious code;
- use automated means to scrape or harvest content, other than ordinary search engine indexing; or
- submit false, misleading or deceptive information through the contact form or diagnostic tool.
3. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, all content on this site, including text, design, graphics, logos, and the names SoProductive and AI Brain, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
You may view, download and print pages for your own non-commercial use, or for internal use within your business while evaluating our services. Any other reproduction, adaptation or commercial use requires our prior written permission.
The free diagnostic tool and savings calculator are provided for your own self-assessment. Results are generated in your browser and are indicative only; they are not a professional assessment of your business.

The content of this site is general information about our work. It is not professional, financial or legal advice, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance.
We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but some of what we describe is in development and may change. Descriptions of services and their features do not commit us to deliver any particular feature in any particular timeframe, and do not form part of any agreement unless expressly included in a written agreement with us.
5. Links to other sites
This site links to third-party websites, including AI providers we discuss on our Trust & data FAQ and LinkedIn. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

We do not warrant that the site will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of it at any time without notice.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law:
- this site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and we exclude all implied warranties; and
- we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site, including indirect or consequential loss.
Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to resupplying the relevant information or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the courts able to hear appeals from them.
